Terms of Service

This document contains the Terms of Service that Easy Inbox B.V. (Easy Inbox), as a service provider, binds to use of its SaaS-Service and APIs. For Clients/End Users who also use the Cloud API Hosted by Meta, additional specific terms and conditions apply which are included under the Meta Terms for Whatsapp Business and Meta Hosting Terms for Cloud API. For Clients/End Users who also use Click to Whatsapp, additional specific terms and conditions apply which are included under the Whatsapp Business Terms of Service.


If you don’t agree to these Terms, you don’t have our permission to use the mobile application.


PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@EASYINBOX.APP BEFORE YOU AGREE TO THEM. WE’VE TRIED TO MAKE THESE TERMS EASY TO UNDERSTAND, AND WE ARE HAPPY TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. IF YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS, THAT MEANS THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT ALL OF THESE TERMS.


  1. 1. Definitions
  2. “API(s)” means (Application Programming Interface), standard software based on web standards intended to enable third-party applications to be able to communicate with the appropriate Easy Inbox Application(s), including associated documentation, source code, and other materials containing Easy Inbox as part of the API can be made available.

  3. “Application” means the Easy Inbox computer software that is the subject of the Agreement and which is/are made available exclusively as a SaaS-Service.

  4. “Service” means the specified services to be provided by Easy Inbox App, as stated in the service agreement.

  5. ”Agreement” means the service agreement signed by the Client.

  6. ”Client” means Easy Inbox’s other party described as client.

  7. ”End User” means a person authorized by the Client who gains access to the configuration function (Easy Inbox customer portal) of the Client's SaaS-Service.

  8. ”Infrastructure” means the hardware, data communication facilities and systems used by Easy Inbox software for providing the SaaS-Service.

  9. ”Version of Release” means any version of the Application released by Easy Inbox that includes the prior Releases have been incorporated and may include new or revised functionality included. A Release is an update of the Application within a specific version of this Application.

  10. ”SaaS-Service” means Software as a Service, making Application(s) installed on the Easy Inbox Infrastructure available at a location chosen by Easy Inbox through remote access to multiple customers simultaneously.

  11. 2. Access to the SaaS-Service and right of use
  12. 2.1 For the use of the SaaS-Service, per Client (or End User) will be provided with a username and password by Easy Inbox and/or the Client, with which the SaaS-Service or parts thereof can be used by the Client or End User. Client (or End User) is responsible for the confidential use of username and password and liable for (the consequences of) any misuse thereof.
  13. 2.2. Easy Inbox is entitled to block access to the SaaS-Service in the event of unauthorized access use or misuse of the SaaS-Service by the Client (or End User) and/or when using the SaaS-Service third party infringement. If this is reasonably possible in perspective of the urgency of the case, Easy Inbox will inform the Client about this prior to a blockage. Easy Inbox will in this situation not be obliged to pay any compensation to the Client.
  14. 2.3. The Services are provided in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and the SLA Easy Inbox.
  15. 2.4. The Easy Inbox SaaS-Service uses or integrates with third party software, such as integration with Exact, Bullhorn, Salesforce and WhatsApp Cloud API. In those cases the (use) conditions of the third party software supplier fully applicable to the Client and her End users.
  16. 2.5. Within its own organization The Client may grant End Users access to the SaaS-Service for the use for their own organization. Client takes appropriate measures to ensure confidentiality is guaranteed with regard to the use of the SaaS-Service, the rights of use as referred to in this Agreement are fulfilled, its specific terms and conditions, and intellectual property rights are not violated.
  17. 2.6. If the fee for the use of the SaaS-Service is based on the number of End Users and the functionality of the SaaS-Service is accessed in whole or in part via the API(s), it still applies that a fee is due for the use of (those parts of) the SaaS-Service of the number of End Users who would use (those parts of) the SaaS-Service as the access would not be via the API but directly.
  18. 2.7. The right of use exclusively includes use of/access to the agreed SaaS-Service Easy Inbox Infrastructure as well as, if agreed, the use of one or more APIs. Its right of use/right of access is limited to the duration of the Agreement. Each use outside the explicitly agreed right of use/access is not permitted.
  19. 2.8. Easy Inbox is permitted to make changes to the functionality (structure and/or behaviour) of an API. These changes will be communicated via the release notes.
  20. 2.9. Easy Inbox is permitted to apply a request restriction ('throttling') at its sole discretion, at the moment that the data traffic (including API traffic) is generated by the Client that burdens the system in such a way that performance deteriorates/is hindered for other clients of Easy Inbox.
  21. 2.10. Easy Inbox is never responsible and liable for the (correct) functioning of software from the Client and/or third party software that communicates with the SaaS-Service/Applications.

  22. 3. Application management and maintenance
  23. The application management is stated in the Easy Inbox Service Level Agreement, which accompanies this Agreement. In the event of a Disruption, Easy Inbox is entitled to temporarily interrupt the SaaS-Service for corrective purposes to perform maintenance accordingly.

  24. 4. Modification of the terms of service
  25. Easy Inbox has the right to change these Terms of Service. Easy Inbox may not be able to provide at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of changes to these terms going into force.

  26. 5. Client responsibilities
  27. 5.1. The Client ensures the presence of and is responsible for its usability of the recruitment and HR applications (and websites) that are necessary for providing the SaaS-Services.
  28. 5.2. The Client guarantees that all data, software, procedures and instructions for the execution of the SaaS-Service to Easy Inbox are made available and are always correct and complete.
  29. 5.3. The Client is responsible for:
  30. • the confidential handling of the authorizations for APIs and the associated passwords and usernames and the possible consequences of misuse thereof. Under confidentiality in any case is understood; without prior permission from Easy Inbox granting/providing access to authorizations and the associated passwords and usernames to third parties;
  31. • using the API supported by Easy Inbox in accordance with these terms and conditions;
  32. • the use of the data that the Client obtains from an Application via APIs;
  33. • the accuracy and consistency of the content (integrity) of the data provided by the Client delivered via APIs to Easy Inbox;
  34. • the accuracy of the conversations that Easy Inbox activates on behalf of the Client or the changes that End Users make to the conversations (texts, call routing, etc.);
  35. • checking the accuracy and completeness of the conversations conducted. The Easy Inbox dashboard gives the Client and End Users the opportunity to control this;
  36. • the internal support to the End Users and the maintenance of relevant user knowledge.

  37. 6. Liability
  38. 6.1. Easy Inbox is not liable or responsible for Disruptions insofar as they are related to or arise from:
  39. • intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of the Client or her End users;
  40. • incorrect use of the SaaS-Service/Application(s)/APIs or use for a purpose for which the SaaS-Service/the Application(s)/APIs is not intended for;
  41. • the unavailability of the internet, this does not mean internet access;
  42. • failure to execute or incorrectly execute user instructions announced by Easy Inbox;
  43. • problems or disruptions caused by data communication.
  44. 6.2. In the event of Disruptions, Easy Inbox will make every effort to restore the availability of the SaaS-Service. In the event that the cause of the Malfunction lies with the Client, Easy Inbox has the right to charge the costs of its efforts to the Client.
